You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address information may not qualify for a free reshipment.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy (14 days from delivery, subject to the conditions in that policy). By ordering, you also agree to that policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable state law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the state in which Snipetell maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your state of residence require otherwise.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall first be addressed informally by contacting snipetell@gmail.com. If not resolved, disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that principal state, unless applicable law requires a different venue or process. You and Snipetell waive any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this section limits your right to file a claim in small claims court where eligible.
